G8689 Belt Drive Conversion. Today (5/25/13) I installed a belt drive conversion from Little Machine Shop on my G8689 mill. The advantages to the belt drive are: No more worrying about the plastic drive gears breaking. This is a common problem with the Sieg X2 mini mills.
